Freediving is one of the most fascinating sports that not only enhances our body awareness, but has an immense impact on our well-being. Each dive is a small journey into our own spirit, into our center. We connect with the element of water, let ourselves be inspired and gifted with the feeling of weightlessness and contentment.

Then join us on our freediving safari in the Red Sea, past the picturesque Panorama Reef with its steep slopes, to the wonderful reefs of the Fury Shoals in southern Egypt. Be enchanted by the coral gardens, colorful reef blocks and canyons, turtles, dugongs, and other inhabitants of this unique underwater world. Exploring the wreck of the MV Salem Express is also on the agenda. And of course, the dolphins at Sataya Reef are a must. Without scuba gear, we can enjoy the underwater world weightlessly and silently, deeply relax, improve our freediving skills, enjoy healthy and delicious food, and give our bodies a real refreshing boost—all while having a lot of fun!
The freediving safari is accompanied by the experienced instructor couple Michael Blüthner and Claudia Rebelein. They both share a deep passion for freediving and will give you lots of impulses to explore, enjoy and sometimes challenge yourself a bit.
The attentive and great crew of the Red Sea One will pamper you and do their part to make this week a very special experience.
Courses are possible according SSI standards up to level 3 (Freediver, Advanced Freediver, Performance Freediver, Specialty Variable Weight, Specialty DPV/Scooter).
For even more comfort on the ship, we take a maximum of 20 participants!
