Claudia
Claudia has been diving for more than 30 years. She loves the sea, especially the Red Sea, scuba diving and also freediving. She has been able to pass on her enthusiasm to many diving students over the last 20 years, in Germany and in Egypt. In different diving centres she gained experience as a team member and as a manager. She is a diving instructor with SSI, Padi, SDI/TDI and Freedive Instructor with SSI and AIDA.
As she loves being on the sea and sharing her passion with others, she has realised her dream of owning a liveaboard boat. It’s close to her heart to create a relaxed and familiar atmosphere on the boat. Every guest and also every staff member should feel comfortable on the Red Sea One. At the same time it’s important to her to provide a professional diving offer at a high level.
As a long-standing travel agency owner, she has built up a large network and it is a matter of course for her to offer the best service and to take care of her guests’ travel wishes individually.
Mohamed
Mohamed is the manager of OceanSoul and takes care of all operations on the Red Sea One with heart and soul.
He has lived with the sea since he was child, learned to fish and drive boats at an early age. He can assess currents and waves very well. Already in his youth, he was on different safari boats and has worked his way into all areas with dedication – in service, in the kitchen and also as a technician. In several diving centres he worked as captain and was responsible for the speed boats. He has always worked with heart – whatever task life threw at him.
As a good diver, he completed the training to become a dive guide and finally also an instructor. He is always popular with the guests – they appreciate his professional work and his ambition to always be one step ahead and offer something special. In Marsa Alam, Mohamed has his own speedboat. Nevertheless, he is almost always on board the Red Sea One and personally makes sure that all the guests are doing well and enjoying their holiday.
Thomas
Thomas did his Open Water Diver course with Claudia in 2018, and how could it be otherwise – the spark for the passion for diving has jumped over! With joy, he therefore also became a shareholder of Red Sea One.
He has been passionate about water sports all his life, but diving has been a special passion for him. So he continued his education bit by bit and finally even completed the SSI Open Water Instructor course in 2023.
In Germany he successfully built up his own company from scratch. Thus he has a wealth of experience and a sense for business thinking. With this background he is our partner in Germany and is happy to help Ocean Soul with words and deeds.
If his time allows, he is also happy to be on board to support our tours.
